Tenahead Mountain Lodge
  • ...a heaven-like place between sky and earth

In a secluded region in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, you will find a secret gem - Tenahead Mountain Lodge. Nestled along the border of Lesotho, this spectacular 5-star lodge is situated 2500 metres above sea level and is surrounded by the breath-taking beauty of the Drakensberg, Witteberg and Maluti Mountains. The hand of man has brushed it but lightly, beautiful San rock art being the only sign of its former inhabitants. The lodge itself was built largely from natural materials found in the area; the beautiful layered stone lodge fits so perfectly into its environment.

Inside the lodge you will find elegantly decorated, cosy, spacious living areas. In chilly weather, dine alongside a toasty fireplace. The 7 en-suite bedrooms provide the ultimate mountain luxury experience.
